Brief History of the center
This Section was established if February 2007. It has six major job responsibilities：
- Heighten the qualities of teachers and education administrators in the elementary schools by
- Raise the professional education abilities of kindergarten teachers by providing them with on-the-job training.
- Advance education development by cultivating the postgraduate elementary/kindergarten teachers.
- Planning, coordination and development of in-service education and continuing education.
- Undertaking of assignments from bother public and private organizations to conduct on-the-job trainings and talent development.
- Other issues regarding in-service and continuing education.
