The Center for Teaching and Learning Development seeks to promote excellence in teaching by assisting faculty in instructional techniques and technology, to foster deep learning by providing students with learning assistance and resource application, to implement educational evaluation, to develop strategies for digital teaching and learning, as well as to provide other instructional resources. These services are provided by the two divisions at The Center for Teaching and Learning Development.

• Offering consultations on curriculum development and teaching strategies.
• Facilitating university faculty on learning strategy application.
• Conducting and sharing the outstanding teachers’ instructional skills.
• Offering consultations and assistance for incoming teachers.
• Workshops on instruction and assessment skills.
• Encouragement of creative teaching materials and assistance in publishing.
• Giving training courses for teaching assistants and learning assistants.
• Providing services and assistances to fulfill instruction needs around campus.
• Offering remedial instuction for students who didn't do well.
• Offering consultations on learning methods and strategies.
• Practicing diagnoses and advices of learning disabilities.
• Consulting and planning notes in Remedial Teaching.
• Guiding in basic study ability.
• Offering consultations about studies adaptations for transfer students,and expatriates students.
• Providing services and assistances to learning needs around campus.
