Q6 : How can I obtain registration information?

A6 :

  1. There are two main sources of registration information:

           For new students: Registration details and important notices will be sent out in August.

           For current students: Registration information is usually conveyed by the class representative in January and June.

  1. All relevant updates are also posted on the bulletin board of the Graduate Academic Affairs Office.

 

Q7 :  What are the formalities required after completing registration?

A7 :

  1. Payment of fees is considered as the completion of registration. The process is finalized once the Graduate Academic Affairs Office affixes the registration seal.
  2. The class representative will collect Student ID cards and submit them to the office for sealing.

    ●If you need the seal urgently, please bring proof of payment to the office and request immediate processing.

 

Q8 : What should I do if I didn’t receive the registration bill?

You can download and print your tuition bill by visiting the Bank of Taiwan website and entering your Student ID number.
 Payment can be made at:

  • Any Bank of Taiwan branch
  • Post offices
  • Convenience stores (with designated bill payment services)
