Q9 : What should I do if my Student ID card is lost or damaged?

A9 :

 Please use the automatic payment machine on campus to pay a fee of NTD 30 and apply for a new Student ID card.
 After 3 working days, you can collect the new ID at the Graduate Academic Affairs Office.

 

Q10 :  How can I apply for a Chinese report card or other official documents?

A10 :

You can apply for these documents using the automatic payment machines on campus.

 

Q11 : How can alumni apply for Chinese official transcripts and other documents?

A11 :

  1. Alumni can use the automatic payment machines on campus to apply for needed documents.
  2. Alternatively, download the application form, fill it out, and send it along with:
    • The application fee
    • A self-addressed stamped envelope
  3. Mail all items to the Graduate Academic Affairs Office, and the requested documents will be mailed back to you.

 

 

Q12 : How do I apply for a Certificate of Enrollment?

A12 :

 According to the Ministry of Education, a photocopy of your Student ID card is considered a valid Certificate of Enrollment.
 Please do the following:

  • Make a photocopy of both the front and back of your Student ID.
  • Bring the original ID card to the Graduate Academic Affairs Office to get the registration seal affixed.
