Please use the automatic payment machines and pay NTD30 to apply for the new Student Ids. After 3 working days, you can collect the SID in Graduate Academic Affairs.

1. Please use the automatic payment machines to apply your needed.

2. Download the application form and fill it along with the application fee and return envelope and mail to the Graduate Academic Affairs for future generations to return.

Q12 : How to apply the certificate of (student) enrollment?

Answer Q12 :

According to the ministry of education, the photocopy of Student Ids is seen as certificate of enrollment. Please make a photocopy of the front and back of Student Ids and bring along the original of Student Ids to the Graduate Academic Affairs for affixing the seal of registration.
