This system is designed to proactively identify students at risk of academic difficulties and to initiate timely interventions.

Alarm Intervals:

  • Early Semester:
    The Office of Academic Affairs provides a list of students who failed 50% or more of their credits in the previous semester. Class instructors are advised to conduct individual interviews with these students at the beginning of the new term.
  • Mid-Semester:
    Course instructors may issue alerts to students who are falling behind in class performance.
