Curriculum Structure
To earn a bachelor’s degree, students must complete a minimum of 128 credits, divided into two main categories:
I. General Education Courses – 30 Credits
Core Courses (Required): 12 credits
Area Courses (Elective): 18 credits – Students must take courses from at least three of the following areas:
A. Literature, History, Philosophy, and Art
B. Society and the Evolution of Ideas
C. Life Sciences
D. Science and Technological Exploration
II. Professional Courses – Minimum 98 Credits
These courses are designed to develop students' professional knowledge and competencies within their major. They include core college courses, department-specific courses, and free electives.
- College Core Courses (Required): 2 credits
- Departmental Professional Courses: 76 credits
- Free Elective Courses: 20 credits
