III.  Suspension and Withdrawal Procedures

 

  1. Visit the Graduate Academic Affairs website and download the appropriate application form.
  2. Complete the application and prepare the following items for the school-leaving procedure:
    • Student ID card
    • Refund application and the original tuition billing statement
    • A self-addressed stamped envelope (NTD 30)
  3. For withdrawal from the university, follow the same steps: download the application form, return your student ID, and complete the clearance process.
    Once completed, you may request a Certificate of Enrollment or Academic Transcript.
