III. Suspension and Withdrawal Procedures
- Visit the Graduate Academic Affairs website and download the appropriate application form.
- Complete the application and prepare the following items for the school-leaving procedure:
- Student ID card
- Refund application and the original tuition billing statement
- A self-addressed stamped envelope (NTD 30)
- For withdrawal from the university, follow the same steps: download the application form, return your student ID, and complete the clearance process.
Once completed, you may request a Certificate of Enrollment or Academic Transcript.
