  1. Coordination, cooperation, and budget consolidation of the various units within the Office of Academic Affairs.
  2. Allocation of faculty research offices.
  3. Convening academic meetings, the Lecture Professor Evaluation Committee, and the Office of Academic Affairs’ Faculty Evaluation Committee.
  4. Administration of honorary doctoral degrees.
  5. Affairs related to the Taiwan Education University System.
  6. Contact point for the Higher Education Deepening Program at the university.
